We take pride in offering traditional and well appointed homes for students in Norwich. We are locally based and independently run. Our homes are designed, maintained and managed by us so you always know who you're dealing with. 

Close To University 

Our homes are all close to university and within the Golden Triangle, you'll be in the heart of it so theres no chance of missing out. 

No Hidden Fees 

Most landlords ask for sign up fees or admin charges. We don't agree with that - save your pennies to spend on textbooks (or in the pub).

Bills Included 

Going bills inclusive saves you and your housemates a lot of hassle splitting or disputing bills. It's one less thing to think about about. 

Traditional Homes 

Our homes are tasteful and comfortable places to live. From the furnishings to the appliances - we're proud of them and you will be too.
